Rural Retention Support
Certain factors are critical to a health care worker's remaining in a remote location. NSI is piloting a series of interventions aimed at making the rural workplace an environment that promotes good service to the community.
Post-training follow-up
When a teacher comes for a field visit 6-12 months after the training is completed, it can make all the difference in whether the training was successful or not. Not only is retention enhanced, but job performance improves greatly.
